Per your description, you create a notification alert task in OneDrive and then want to delete the alerts, may I confirm this is your requirement? If not, please point out and let us know more information about your scenario.
Here are my steps to delete the alerts: go to OneDrive> Return to Classic OneDrive> select the files you want to set alert notification> select FILES> Alert me> Set alert on this document> add users as required> OK> if you want to delete the alerts, you can click Alert Me> Manage My Alerts> delete the alert and check the result.( based on our test, if delete the alert, we won't receive the notification email)

yes i create notification alert task in OneDrive, i setup the notification to send email to all my colleagues except to myself.
now i want to delete these task because of other issue make the task keep spamming email notification to my colleagues for every reupload file. But i did not manage this because
- when i open manage my alerts i did not see any task to be delete ( refer picture below)
- try to open alert task on my colleagues account ( with his permission ) , found replicate task and try to delete but he did not have sufficient permission ( refer picture below)
hope you can show me how to delete those 3 alerts from all mycolleagues account

Thanks for your patience and posting back.
Regarding to your issue, we test it again and still cannot reproduce it, so kindly suggest you use different browsers or InPrivate windows to check it again.
Most importantly, based on our test, only the owner who create the alert can delete the alert, other users have no permission to delete it, that's why when we sign in with other account(not the admin/owner) will get access denied error.
Considering you still cannot see the task, your issue need to fix it from the back end, so we sincerely recommend you create a support ticket about this issue to the related team who have more resource for troubleshooting it. Please ask your admin to go to Office 365 admin center>Support>New service request.
To further assist you resolve this issue, I've made a summary for you in PM to refer that you can share it when creating a ticket.
We also really hope this can be resolved soon.
